By downloading, installing, or playing Saki VR ("the Game"), you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. These terms are legally binding and govern your access to and use of the Game and its online services.

1. Eligibility

You must be 10 years of age or older to play Saki VR. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. User Conduct

By playing Saki VR, you agree not to engage in any behavior that could negatively impact the experience of other players or the integrity of the Game. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Discriminatory Behavior: No racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, or hate speech of any kind.

Toxicity: No harassment, threats, bullying, or inflammatory behavior.

Exploiting: No use of bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain an advantage or disrupt gameplay.

Map Exploits: No glitching out of or beyond the playable map areas.

Impersonation: Do not impersonate moderators, staff, or developers.

Begging or Soliciting: Do not ask for in-game items, cosmetics, or moderator privileges.

Username Policy: You must set a valid, non-offensive username upon joining. Empty, misleading, or offensive names are not permitted.

Objectionable Content: Do not display or share sexually explicit, violent, or inappropriate content.

Unauthorized Modifications: Use of cheats, mods, or third-party software that alters gameplay or network traffic is prohibited.

Voice & Chat Etiquette: All in-game communication must be respectful and appropriate for all players.

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all actions taken on your account or device. If someone else uses your VR headset and violates these Terms, the consequences will still apply to your account. No exceptions will be made for shared or borrowed devices. No unbans will be given under these circumstances.

4. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or permanently remove any player from Saki VR at any time, for any reason, including reasons not explicitly listed in these Terms of Service. This includes behavior that is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to the community or the integrity of the Game.

All moderation decisions are final. We do not guarantee warnings before disciplinary actions and do not provide appeal processes unless stated otherwise in writing.

5. Privacy & Data Use

By using the Game, you acknowledge and agree that certain data (such as usernames, session logs, or reports of violations) may be stored and used to enforce community guidelines and improve game quality.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Acceptance

By downloading, launching, or using Saki VR, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Game immediately.
